Free ‘move over’ prize draw

Terms & Conditions

• The survey must be completed by 30/04/2023 to be entered into the prize draw

• An email address must be supplied with a survey response to be eligible

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible survey responses on 01/05/2023 and the winner will be notified by email

• The prize can be utilised on any development site chosen by the client located within the UK mainland

The Prize

• The prize is for a ‘move-over’ design package. The package is supplied when a client has an existing show property that is ready for de-rig and can be utilised in a second location owned by the client thereafter

• Alternatively the prize can be used for utilising inventory held in storage by the client to dress an empty property owned by the client

• The prize available is for the design elements of this package only. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize consists of the following:

  • Design consultation

  • Space planning and furniture layouts

  • Mood boards and colour schemes (if required)

  • Pack-up of existing show home/items in storage

  • Reasonable travel costs of the designer

  • Unpacking

  • Interior styling

  • Professional property photography

• The following is not included in the prize but can be arranged by the designer and is payable by the client:

  • Cost of transport of items between show properties and/or any storage facilities

  • Additional items of furniture, soft furnishings, and accessories that may be required

  • Cost of wallcoverings

  • Cost of flooring

  • Cost of trades required to realise design scheme such as, but not limited to, joiners, electricians, decorators

  • Cost of third-party services such as, but not limited to, alterations of soft furnishings, furniture upcycling, the building of flatpack furniture

Photography

• The Looking Glass will appoint a professional property photographer from their preferred supplier list

• The Looking Glass will retain ownership of the photography to be used in their own marketing material and as they see fit to promote the work of The Looking Glass

• The Looking Glass will share the images with the client for them to use in their own marketing activity

• The Looking Glass will abide by any embargo of images to coincide with the client’s own marketing activity in relation to the development

monetary value of prize

Approximate value of this prize is £650.00

The Move-over Design Package is charged at a design fee of £250 + 5% of the overall show home project budget, therefore, it is not possible to put a definitive value on the prize, as each project is priced individually
